Not much need. The main entrance is self locking and my dogs provide a serious deterrent to intrusion. Our community is gated, so only “the locals“ have access to our roads, but being on waterfront exposes us to (what we jokingly call) “pirates”. Once or twice a summer, there will be a case of a wayward pirate being shot off of someone’s pier.
I fell asleep and woke up to an electric burner being on all night. I leave crap on my stove a lot like it is counter space. THANK GOD nothing burned. THANK GODDDDDDDDDDD
Sharonna, you really should wear the seatbelt each and every time you get in a car. We love you and care about you far too much, we don't want anything bad to happen to you! ~
I went to Sedona one late night and was sideswiped by a truck. I did not have my seatbelt on. I rolled off a low cliff and went head over wheels at least one full rotation and did not receive a scratch.
I do not know if I would have fared as well with the seatbelt on.
Of course this is an insipid reply as to why I do this. I just cannot imagine any harm being done by my choice to anyone but me or I would wear it.
Never. We live far out in a rural environment, close to millions of hectare of wilderness, in a place hidden from view by the topography. For anyone to find us they need detailed instructions.
