    You know me well, even with our communicating only with printed words over the years - - my friends in my 3-D life, who physically are around me, say that same thing to me, too, at times.
    I know I let my fears get the better of me sometimes.

    Believe it or not, I'm getting better at this than I used to be, ha!

    I remember you from way waaaay back when.   You were scared to talk back then.  YOU ARE STILL you, but you have less fear and that is better, NOT YOU.  YOU WERE ALWAYS PERFECT. Honestly.  Just please do not be afraid to speak your VERY FINE mind to me.  That is why I do it to you, not to make you intimidated, but for you to say the same to me.  I am hoping you do this, but I love your answers no matter how you form them.  You are just brilliant and very interesting and very knowledgable and you have NOTHING ever to apologize for.  THE END.  LOL
