They must ionize. Or the chemist is stoned.

The three scientists were walking on the beach.
The physicist decided that the best way to investigate the physics of waves was to go for a swim.
The botanist decided that the best way to study the seaweeds was to go for a swim.
    Both disappeared in the water.
SO the chemist concluded that the physicist and the botanist must have been soluble. ;)

Consuming too many different kinds of lab chemicals can make him think funny.  This post was edited by Kittigate at March 6, 2019 7:17 AM MST

    It was very punny.

You know you're a chemist when you wash you hands before using the toilet.

    You know the term pyromaniac?

Well this chemist could be a water version of this aberration.  He wants to test out whether he can accomplish this on his two victims.

HEY.  WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOUR ANSWER????
