  • i handle it everyday by isolating myself in my room playing skyrim for eight hours a day and nourishing my hot bod with nothing but diet coke and sargento cheese sticks

then i cry myself to sleep to reruns of seasons 3-11 of law and order SVU

I could get into that too.  And I'm very partial to Law and Order Special Victims Unit as well.  :)

    Exercise

    Listening to music

    Playing piano and organ

    Laughing

    Talking with very close friends

Find the humor in my reactions to my circumstances -- I can usually find humor in myself (Thank God I can laugh at myself)

    Gratitude List

    Praying

    Being quiet and still

"Enjoy myself" if I'm by myself

Finding humor in your reactions to your circumstances - I should give it a try myself!

    :)
I wrote out a long reply, attempting to explain a bit more but I didn't like my reply.

Yeah, laughing at myself and taking myself less seriously usually helps me a lot.
    :)

And, hey, thanks for a Pick there!
    :)
