    I have always kept a fax and printer in my office so I took care of any paperjam issue.  The support staff used a shared printer and had paper jams all the time.  We finally got rid of it and bought a laser for them and no more problems.  I, myself, have not used an ink printer since lasers because affordable (I think I paid about $450 for my first one and it was the size of a baby stroller
    ...huge).

    It's the ink printers that I hate.  Laser printers just do not give users problems.  I have not owned an ink printer since I could afford a laser.  Now lasers are affordable unless they are color.
