Why do beer companies try to outdo each in their advertising as far as whose beer is colder?



Brand A can be refrigerated exactly the same way as Brands B, C, D and E can.

Tasting better when cold is one thing, our beer is colder than other beers is another.  If two different brands of beer are the same temperature, how can one be colder than the other?

    Each to their own. Bitter does it for me, I drink my coffee that way too. Short black, triiple shot, no sugar.

    Beer ads here are Billboards, they do suggest Beer should be cold. In the US I have never seen a Beer is colder than, I have seen Clydesdales however and ugly pro atheletes
