I think that is obstreperous and I agree.

I can't help it ,it's all my parents fault for getting drunk that night....I'm just their penance and I can't help it if I come over as just cute     :)D

Oh and coincidentally, I not only JUST learned a new word late last night before going to sleep; I actually put it into practice and group texted a bunch of people at 4:30 a.m. It seems that some did not share appreciation in my naturally Obstropolouse behavior... They didn't need to have me inquire......WHAAAAAASSSSUUUUPPPPP!!!!

Just this second looked at who was comenting and then the penny dropped....I'm mugging in bed and not awake yet ....lol.  

My younger sister called me it once in my early teens when I was chasing her....my over brother over heard and the name kind of stuck.....My whole family cal me it now as well as both me parents....lol

So...if that was in your EARLY teens....I might just coin a new handle for ya? MM might be more appropriate now eh??!!.....
