Yes...a colonoscopy. I can't imagine how they would get that thing in there through my jeans.

When I was in my teens a nurse asked me to get undressed and step on the scale. I was too shy.

Yes. I should have got undressed for her then asked her to undress so I could check out her on the scale. She was an attractive young lady.

    Am I a narcissist?  Am I a perv?

NO.  I haven't.    GLAD?  That is just creepy.

I'm reminded of a WACK JOB who came to my house with my girlfriend to get a massage.

He was this tall, skinny Jamaican with this insane braid all the way down his back.

I told him to get undressed to his comfort level, get under the sheets and I will come in.

He whips all his clothes off and says I AM NOT ASHAMED OF MY BODY.  And twirls around like he is some peacock looking for a mate or something.  Wiener flying in the breeze.

    I told him OFF.

I told him that I could get SUED, that I don't feel comfortable with people who do not listen and flashing me is not professional and I need him covered up because I DON'T CARE ABOUT SEEING HIS STUPID JUNK.

Why is this interesting?  Do you think anyone on here is getting all excited?  Thanks for reminding me that if I had to work on a body like that, I would charge three times the regular amount.

Well I do it because it is required so I can get the procedure over with.  So from that point of view I guess yes.

Good point!  I hadn’t thought about it from that perspective. (I guess I was concentrating more on the self-image aspect.)

SO WAS HE.   When someone strips down in front of a professional worker, and needs to preen?  That is pathetic.  Sorry.  I'm sure there are a lot of great bodies I work on and FRANKLY I don't care.  It ain't MY body.  So, why would I?

EIther equal too to or just the opposite of a person who is utterly ashamed of his or her own body due to being severely out of shape or not taking care of it properly, there are people who don’t mind it being seen.

Don't even try it, Randy.  Just because I am not SHOWING OFF MY WARES to get some much-needed admiration, does not mean I am ashamed of anything.  I have always been very uninhibited and am not ashamed of my body.  It is just a body.  It's not to seek out admiration, it is because I just do not care what anyone thinks and I do my own thing. • Has nothing to do with any of that, Randy. Reason woman don’t like to get undressed at the doctors is cos this scary thing.

  • Glad .. nope.  I've been asked to unnecessarily take off clothing that had nothing to do with a procedure though and I declined.  Sometimes, I think medical personnel follow scripts and don't use their brains.  I'm sure I'm not a popular patient .. but that's tough.

  • I can't say that I ever have been. I've only felt extremely awkward getting undressed at the doctor's.
