Not my circus, not my monkeys - seriously.  Now:

    1. Find a girl from Kansas named Dorthy, follow her to ?? and look for a Wicked Queen
    2. Head to Florida and head to Busch Gardens and see the survivors from the PETA excess.  The remaining circus monkeys are there, the rest have been euthanized since PETA closed the Circus's and their employment. 70% of these guys were euthanized, don't get me started
    3. Head to you local zoo, plenty of Monkeys
    4. Mumbai and the Buddhist Islands - last packs of free roaming Monkeys
    5. Bak Mai Ridges - Cambodia to Viet Nam.  The remaining monkeys who were not killed by the Khemer Rouge or Landmines are there in small packs trying to survive as best they can.

    Take your pick

I looked under MONKEY wrench and I got these and why does it say MW then?  MW  - MONKEY WRENCH.  That's good enough for the joke.

Thank you though.  What does the monkey wrench look like?  Can you describe the diff?

Awwww.  You cared enough to send the very best.  Thank you.  You gotta admit they are very close.  So close, they are almost the same tool.  The head has a different shape but kind of monkey-related, that crescent one.

Non-related:  I learned that the inventor of the Monkey Wrench was a fellow named Charles Monkey or some similar name to that, from Trivial Pursuit decades ago.

Oh I guess there is a dispute about this very important subject.

Did Jack Johnson invent the wrench?

Jack Johnson, the first Black heavyweight boxing champion, patented a wrench (U.S. patent #1,413,121) on April 18, 1922. His patent was not the first for a wrench. Solymon Merrick of Springfield, Massachusetts, patented the first wrench in 1835. Charles Moncky, a Baltimore mechanic, invented the monkey wrench around 1858. Moncky’s wrench was named using a purposeful misspelling of his name. On September 9, 1913, Robert Owen Jr, of Shawnee, Ohio, received a patent for the “Double Acting Wrench” (ratchet wrench), arguably the most important advancement in wrench technology. Daniel C. Stillson, a steamboat firefighter, received a patented on September 13, 1870 for an   Sorry I lost the rest of this article.   Oh well...

It is called an Adjustable Spanner been around since the Steam Age began. Now a crescent wrench and monkey wrench fit two different purposes. One may try and use them interchangeably, however frustration will ensue.
