I am serious. That's why I posted my question about smart watches with an attitude. (Actually, I think the watch must have been picking up another conversation. We were in a crowded place.)

  • That’s hilarious, I kind of want a smart watch now.

Just because you're paranoid, don't mean they're not after you.  Kurt Cobain.

Anyway, we still know where you are.  Mwwwaaahaaahaaaa

Why do so many people attribute that paranoia line to Cobain (or others who also did not originate it)?  George Carlin was its author.

No laptop and no camera.  I mean besides what the government or whoever may be spying on me has installed there.  Hope they enjoy the show!

    Going back to the question....

If you are prone to wearing kitchen utensils then it's doubtless wise to ensure you do not have a computer camera "watching" you!

Seriously though, if you are that concerned, the answer is simple. Don't use such equipment, or do at least turn the camera off, as I assume is possible!

Most people who come unstuck by using the Internet do so either by some simple oversight or misunderstanding even the most careful might make; or because they choose as a matter of course to use it in a manner potentially hazardous to their privacy, social life, or career prospects, etc.

And if you are so ham-fisted you think you have to buy a blind for a little lens then don't try anything really technical, like putting up a bathroom shelf. :-)
