You must be a city dweller.  Up here in the US mountains we have these large critters roaming around called "bears" (they come in black, brown and Grizzly variety).  Rattlesnakes, mountain lions might mess you up, but they ain't nothing compared to an angry bear.

But thee most dangerous animal in this country is a human.  They are the most ornery varmint you'll ever see.  They live in both country and city environments and can be quite dangerous.  They can become angrier than a nest of wet hornets during the time of year they call "election".

... and in the suburbs, we have coyotes and "big cats" (mountain lions, cougars, bobcats) ... all of which will attack humans (especially small children).

  • If serial killers and mass shooters count as animals, America is a freaking jungle.

Humans are more dangerous than tigers and lions.  Tigers and lions kill for food.  Humans rape, maim, and kill for reasons I still can't imagine.

Every country who has people in it has dangerous animals.   The most dangerous of all walk upright on two feet and wear clothes.

Not really, Google the topic.  Bears will mostly avoid you even in Eastern Canada, Quebec specifically.  Moose have bad eyesight and are generally grouchy.  You are now in calving season where the females are dangerous.  Come Fall Rutting Season where the Males are dangerous.  I think the death numbers speak for themselves.  Look at RCMP reports of Moose attacks, BC and Quebec specifically
