What do you think of Israel color-coding good and bad Palestinians?

Like red for the good people, blue for the bad people, and other colors for other divisions. Isn't that strange?

Who color-codes them?

I didn't know they did that. I can't say I'm altogether in favour of it.

  • Too bad the only "news" site running this story is Alternet.

If we're going to vilify every article with a Breitbart link (which should be vilified), we can't grant similar sites a free pass just because they operate on the other end of the political spectrum.

That's right, no matter what happens - be it in Germany or the Middle East, bad economy or violent hostility - blame it on the Jews, always the bad guys, always the scapegoats.

They are not labeling the people.. they are identifying the area as one that supports terrorists or is peaceful.
No different than when I go to St Louis, I know I am not going to go to East St Louis because it is not safe. And if I decide to open a business it also will not be in E St Louis either.

It's an old story. Jews are always blamed and made the scapegoat. It's happened repeatedly through history.

OK, blame the Jews for the Palestinians' hardships. It wouldn't be the first time. Hitler made quite a show of it in Germany. As for "illegal" occupation, that occurred in a war waged against Israel, and it depends on your definition of legal and illegal. One party's legal is the opponent's illegal. By which law was it illegal?

@Some1UMayNo: Are you saying that it was OK that Jews in Germany were forced to wear yellow stars? And "the attacks against Israel are retaliatory"? What came first, the chicken or the egg? And when have you been to Israel that you have such intimate knowledge of the conflict? Spewing out of your butt, perhaps?

Governments penalize and reward bad and good behavior. That is our whole tax code, our whole criminal justice code as well. It is one legal and ethical way the governments can influence behaviors.
If the government wants people to do something (buy a house, go more green, buy a battery car, investment in stocks, etc) they offer tax incentives.

It is not their land. Israel won the wars and therefore won the land. It is theirs.
Just as the USA won the war with Mex and we also gained land from that war. Should we give back TX and other states that we got from that war?

  • You're being disingenuous.
You know the answer to all those questions. I think your being Jewish and your unquestionable support for Israel policies make it impossible for you to address this in an objective. Manner. Mind you, my opposition is not against the people of Israel, many whom agree with me in repudiating its policies.
I don't say this without any intention at sarcasm.
You can choose to ignore what the rest of the world (Besides the U.S.) recognises as illegal.
You mention Hitler (it always comes down to Hitler, always,) as if maintaining a victims appearance is enough in some way excuse their our practices. Nobody has been more efficient in learning and implementing Hitler's.practices than the state of Israel.
It's not me saying it Stu, it's the whole of the world.
