How can we as Americans comfort President Trump?

    Bookworm said it well.

I don’t believe comfort is possible with one consumed by such all-encompassing insecurity. It may be possible to momentarily placate Trump by offering the only things he truly values: worship and praise.

It strikes me that the amount of both he heaps upon himself shows even that may never be enough. This post was edited by Don Barzini at July 14, 2019 8:00 AM MDT

He is a human black hole.

Funny, that.    Maybe THAT is why he is so desperate to BE WHITE.

He's a rapist, so Mexicans are rapists.

Yes, he is the most  transparent President we have ever had.  He just does not KNOW that he is admitting every act, every act of treason, every act of predatory behavior, every stupid and rotten move he has made, he has TWEETED ABOUT OR BRAYED ABOUT DURING A SPEECH.

We have his whole testimony.  He doesn't even have to show up in Court.

A Bible verse. I'm thinking Psalm 109:8 is appropriate.

How about the FACT that he has VOILATED EVERY ONE OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS usually on a daily basis?

A baby rattle that's filled with the teeth of the caged children would probably  do it. Cheers!

If there has been concrete evidence that the original photo of a caged child was taken during then-President Barack Obama‘s term in office, would you also decry it as much as you’re doing now?

I am not even going to interject on my own question.  This is a bunch of talk by people who don't have a clue.  Again. Once more.

And again, I am never surprised by your biased remarks.
If that was Trump, you wouldbe excited by it, but because it was Obama you were offended.
Obama deported well over 3 million people.(More than Trump).
Why don't you give him credit for that?
Oh..that's right. He is black and you think he is a Muslim.
    Did I miss anything?

Did I say I was offended by anything? I am happy when we enforce our laws. IF Obama deported that many....then good on him.
I do not care what race he is nor religion. (I believe he says he is a Christian) It is about policy and there are plenty of policies I disagree with under Obama.

So you applaude Obama for deporting almost 3 times as many undocumented immigrants as Donald?

What was your disagreeent...that Obma deported them and trump locks them up for an indefinite period of time in concentration camps?

Yes...IF that is the case, then I approve. Is that 3 times as many in the same period of time.

I say if because I remember something about the way Obama counter deportations as being different from other Presidents before him. But as I said if it is true then good for him.
I may try and look it up.

Oh yes, dear.  The question remains whose set of facts?  Trump's or the REAL world?

Trump declares 'polls are fake' right before touting his poll numbers

Some of them are okay.  But, due to your take on what IS and what is NOT, I seldom look at them.  I don't trust you.  Sorry. I trust YOU.  I don't trust what you think is true, actually is true.

I don't trust most polls anyway.  They mean zilch lately, meaning the past decade or so.   And the POLLS this time?  The ones that matter?  Those polls are terrifying because that is what the popular vote is based on.  That is why TRUMP has a great chance of winning no matter what he does.  We both know this is the only reason he is tolerated.
