    If the person was simply in an angry rage, I'd do my best to talk him down, listen, and try to find out what he was upset about.

    If that seemed not possible and I had enough time to see the threat coming I'd hide or run away.
    In a massacre, if I'd survived the first spray of bullets I'd hit the ground, undercover if possible, and feign death.

    If they cracked my skull, chances are, my brains would be a bit rattled.  They might even fall out!  
    I don't think I would become violent.  I think I would become dead.
