I have bitten off more than I can swallow. I have a hereditary esophageal constriction malady. I can only take very small bites, which is why I can't eat very much.
OMG! E99, we are so like twins separated at birth. I have that too. So does my mother and my grandfather did as well. I can't even eat food without having a drink in hand to help me swallow. Don't anybody get any ideas that it affects my ability to do other things. I have a reputation to uphold. Anyhoo, I had a procedure done in which they put me under then went in and stretched my esophagus. It was so quick and totally painless. Trust me you never even know they've done anything until you take that first bite afterward. WOW! I am actually overdue to have it done again. Thankfully insurance covered it. It totally changed my ability to eat comfortably and with ease. Dude everyday I see it more and more how alike we are. LOLOLOLOL!
I had that procedure a few years ago, but I need it again. First a new shoulder. Maybe you are my son...I had a few trysts while in the Navy. Is your mother named Elizabeth?

I hope you know I am wishing you all the best with that. Maybe I do need to do one of those DNA tests.
