If it's 5 PM in New York, it's 9 PM at the North Pole.

North Pole is 4 hours ahead of New York, New York.

    Current time

I guess it depends on which direction you are facing...South, South, South or South.

There is no "set time zone" at the north pole.  So, one can make it be any time they wish (greasing palms may work too),

You take the latitude and divide by the longitude and add 11.  It is always noon at the north pole unless it's daylight savings time then it is 10 a.m.  (I just made that up hahaha)

No specific time zones are observed at the earth’s geographic poles. What you may find is they are defaulted to Greenwich Mean Time, or is matched to the home time zone of the explorer types who travel there.

What an amazing question....the longitude lines donate 24 hourly time zones around our planet of 1000 miles apart increments....Thing is that ,as the earth is almost round and bulges in the middle as you near either pole the longitude lines get squashed together.....so the time at the north pole  would be whatever the time is where you live and it's no different from where you live anywhere on this planet...in Theroy if could be midnight and midday simaltainiously .....now being a natural blonde ,my head really does hurt.... :(

There is no time like the present.....

Of course it's amazing. I wrote it. One foot could be on midnight and the other on noon. Wow.
