Probably space aliens but I was thinking maybe some of earths insects are mutating or some of earth insects lost their regular food source so they switched to blood. Cheers!

But can those insects eat a tongue and genitals and make it look surgical?

I don't know I only started thinking about this mystery a couple of hours ago. What made me think insects was the old Bug Factory in Nanoose Bay - they proudest beneficial garden insects and beneficial garden micro organisms and sold them to home gardens. They shut down and I think part of the reason was they were messy up the food chain. Ladybugs were really - really popular and I think after the ladybugs ate all of the one type of insect they normally ate they moved on to something else. I was thinking for the cow it was something like ants that may or may not be mutated. Cheers!

Well now, investigators on scene can not arrive at a cause, then are we here expected to conduct an autopsy based on nothing more than an online photograph?
Best guess: The loss of his life force killed the bull. His heart stopped.
    Steak, anyone?

These things have happened before and it turned out to be that the blood was removed to use in cult rituals or something like that.  I can't answer any of your questions.  It's strange indeed.

I also remember these type of cases in 80s (I think) but do not remember if they were solved then or not.  I remember the theory of Satanists.

The one person said they searched for tracks/footprints in the vicinity of their mutilated cow and found none. An alien vehicle coming in overhead you might think would have spooked the animals unless it was very quiet like in a stealth mode but how would they snag the animal and haul it up? Maybe the ranchers need to place cameras on some of the animals to get something on film to help try to find out what is happening out there.

I don't think a tape worm can work that fast.

Obviously, I can't say for 100% certain what the cause would be. I can relate this with something I've seen before, though I'm afraid it isn't exactly as believable as other theories might be! LOL. Anyway, I can definitely recall this exact scenario being based on an "X-Files" episode (Season 1, episode 11: "Eve"), which involves a process known as "exsanguination", meaning the complete draining of blood. I know it's a weird reference, but I thought I'd share it anyway. I hope I haven't gone too far though!

Thanks. Hope my answer wasn't too dumb, as I do have a habit of saying the stupidest things sometimes! LOL.

Back in 1983, I was riding my motorcycle near Peoria, Ill., and there was this giant bloated dead cow in the ditch. It was ready to explode with all the gases and maggots.
