Form of death: head chopped off in my sleep so I had no knowledge of what was about to happen.

Form of cooking: however the cook and diner prefer. However, I would recommend long, slow stewing in a hot pot with onions, carrots and celery because I'm and old chook and my flesh is bound to be tough.

Form of eating: lots of people sitting around a table, laughing, conversing, drinking -- sharing my flesh and being appreciative of the lovely chemical-free nourishing protein.

 I'd prefer to be devoured in the form of a tube steak with a tasty dipping sauce

  Did someone say “sandwiches“?
