    This is one of the most talented vocalists and songwriters ever!  I always loved her.  Michael Bolton wrote this; she recorded it first.  


    She died at 47 of a brain aneurysm.

    God I hate this song. Why did I pick it?  Probably because I like the guy.  He made good albums.  This song is not one of the good ones.  But it played over and over on  the radio.  When they used to actually play records and stuff.

    They were introduced to me by my gay best friend and roommate who had his finger on the pulsepoint of what was happening musicwise in Chicago.  Since he was a waiter on Rush Street there.  What could be a better advertisement for what was playing in the clubs at the time?  Simply Red and Swing Out Sister were two I would have never heard had I not had that network opportunity.
