Would you let a stranger know his fly was/flies were undone? (For those on both sides of the pond).

    It would depend.
    If he was obviously drunk or on drugs, no.
    If he seemed in any way aggressive or overbearing, no.

    If he seemed like an ordinary bloke, probably yes, but I'd say it discreetly, quietly, so as to hopefully not embarrass him.

    If he seemed to have dementia or a disability, I'd just do up the zip for him.
