It makes the tip of my nose ache I think .....I tend to walk in straight lines when sleep walking and in Britain we have lots of things called Walls and doors in our home...:(
If I'm extremely sleepy I just fall asleep - am so out to it that I've no idea what I feel.
If I'm extremely overtired (for instance, driven to stay awake to meet deadlines) I tend to get a headache, be more prone to dizzy spells, get sore or aching muscles and muscle weakness. I also notice slowed reflexes and responses, impaired decision-making and judgement, and irritability.
My work is not nearly as good when I'm over-tired, but a deadline is a deadline - from those above me, there are no excuses and no reprieves. The only way I can get around this is to take on less work.

True story --------------- When I was, oh, like 20, I worked in a local motorcycle dealership. A good-lookin' married chick approached me one day and asked; "Racer, let's go to bed". All I could say is; "I'm not sleepy".
