Are psychics real?

Ask one to pick winning lottery numbers. If you win you will know they are the real deal.

If they were real, they would call you instead of buying ads to get you to call them. Think about that the next time somebody knocks on your door to invite you to their church.

It is not something just anyone could go to school and learn how to do, but neither is it "just a random coincidence".

  • Call it an unpredictable ability instead.

Going to cut to the chase you might not like what I have to say.

People who call or label their paid insight as psychic most of the time are full of cold readings.

People who label themselves a medium or spirit communicator follow the same path. You can see the smoke screen when people like that are closely followed by a mass media coverage, chances are, they do well in rural areas because of the opportunity to review peoples criminal records or historical files. Probably the reason you wait so long to see one before it happens.

A lot of psychics do things on their terms and aren't very flexible. A lot of psychics are very emotionally invested in to their work, and can come across as very moody if people aren't vague enough for them to specify false information. You can see it in their eyes when they look at you, kind of like saying hypnosis is about as accurate as they can get. But you have to believe what they say for you to feel what they feel.

A lot of psychics are very closely related to the workings of the new age, which is either very bipolar in nature or very directly not involved with any real world matters at all. Forget lottery numbers, the paranormal is a media smoke screen and psychics are one of the biggest sponsors of hiding this truth from the general population of people who innocently are looking for the known amidst their unknown to try to put to rest concerns, worries and fears.

Many cold reading psychics are anything but balanced. They prey upon spirituality to weaken peoples defenses to bring the unknown in to being. The closest I've ever seen to a real psychic ability present in people, is if they put their heart in to what they know they can back up to be a fact which can not only be proven by science, but does not touch any border with the unknown at all.

When you see a psychic, you don't expect to be tangled up within the realm of pseudo science, mystic spirituality and vague political outlines of half truths at best. This is not just my opinion, it is a fact of how many within such a field operate to get money. I don't appreciate people who do so to live a lie to themselves and to others. It isn't because I don't understand it, it is because they don't understand people with defenses, it shouldn't be a problem to have wishy washy opinions be thrown at a simple problem solved logically if the solution can be shown to be real.

I support psychic abilities, but not the people who abuse the meaning of he ability because they really aren't using it at all regardless of how well you know your insight, you can't just break into peoples thoughts without you feeling they are there. Advertising companies will try to have a shady practice to protect people from speaking truth like this but I find it to be very real, that goes without saying the people who are truly psychic if they exist haven't come forward because of their own fear of being too accurate.
