    Well ! If I sold the Yard and then the Garage ,it's only common sense that the Roof goes next..... :(

    I would never have a garage sale.  I prefer to donate:  Anything of value I keep  in one room (almost) and the rest I'd rather give to someone who need the items.

    A Television cabinet.  It's still unassembled in the box.  It is the heaviest thing I've ever tried to move.  There is no way I can assemble it.  And once assembled I would never be able to move it.  I got it on a great sale but I don't want it anymore.  I need to offer it to people around me.  I would never have strangers come to my house as a potential buyer.  Nope.  If I let one resident in my complex know it will spread like a fire.  Soon I will do that.
