Yes, I never have.

I have never traveled by car, motorcycle, bus, jet, etc. OK, I have never been able to travel by unicycle. I actually was invited by a railroad engineer to jump on his engine and travel a short distance.

Many times; between Halifax and Winnipeg during the years I was in the Navy then later I worked as a brake man for the CN Railway. 

I've taken a train many times.  I love the one at the amusement park that replicates an "old west" town with mine shafts and collapsing bridges.  It counts!  Dont argue with me.

That is strange.  I don't like the sound.

No because i have...As a kid, a few times back and forth from
Salinas Ca to San Antonio Texas.
Later in life From Germany on the edge to inside France.
They wouldn't let me hitch hike in Germany so had to take a train
to get through Germany.

I have a Senior Railcard which is well used.

Yes, from California to the mid-west and back with two children.   I really enjoyed the trip. 

I have traveled by train many many many times.  

No.  I have traveled by train from New York City to Buffalo, NY and back.  I have also traveled by Amtrak from NYC to PA and back.

I travel by train a lot, commuter train to work.  Last week went to Salzburg on the train, beats driving and you can drink on the way home
