    That one can't have one without the other.  Many brave acts were committed by someone who was scared out of their wits.  Fear moves us to act.

    Brave people are fearless.  
    People who have fear are not brave.

    Brave people act in spite of their fear.


    Fun fact:  I read the other day that the historical time period of the movie BraveHeart was prior to the appearance of the kilt.   Oops.

    People might be brave in some ways but also might have phobias like fear of heights, fear of spiders,  etc.

    Bravery is perceived as a sign of strength, yet occasionally it is a cloak for stupidity,  foolishness, or reckless abandon.

    Fear is not a weakness despite what many may think.  Fear is a primal response to danger and signals the body to react in self-preservation. I firmly believe that the ultimate display of bravery is for one to admit they are afraid.

    I am very attracted to men who are truly brave enough to admit they are not fearless.
