Liquore stores & Marijuana dispensories are the first that  come to mind.   The proprietors have a responsibility to ensure that they are not supplying product to people who are inebriated and in most states (if not all) it's illegal. This post was edited by Jon at January 13, 2020 8:22 PM MST

My home town had at least 3 liquor stores with a drive thru. I know 1 is still there now. I always thought it was strange.
I do not know if there would sell to an obviously intoxicated person. We did not drive after drinking to try.

    LOL

You obviously know I live in New Hampshire. We have state liquor stores in the rest areas on major highways like rt 93 & 95. It's absurd.
It's my humble opinion that Drive-thru Liquor sales are just wrong.

Yes. Crazy. I used once. I knew want I wanted so no need to go in. My passenger was very drunk at the time. (Party started before I got off work) But I had to bring him, I was not 21 yet to I needed his ID.

Were you able to drink when you were 18?

Not legally. Had to be 21. Not even sure I was 18 then maybe 17. That is why I had to bring my drunk friend. This post was edited by my2cents at January 12, 2020 9:50 PM MST

There is a drive-through liquor store in my area.  I never went there and noticed recently it appears to be closed.  Oh darn!

I think we can all agree that Drive-thru Colonoscopies are not an effective method to nip them in the bud
