That could be you are developing an ulcer. Deal with your concerns and you will be ok.

No, I'm the opposite. I tend to eat more as "comfort" for my stress and anxiety.

Which is why I look like Jabba the Hut and you probably don't....

We may be grazing on different things but YOUR tummy needs comfort.  You are medicating your tum tum with food.

Same deal.  I sometimes need food to calm down.  I need to calm down and then I scarf up the entire refrigerator.

We may be asserting the same point with different language again.

I don't think I'm medicating my tummy. I think that Batter-dipped Butter-flavored Deep-fried Cheese-stuffed Whatever tastes good, and when I'm stressed putting something that tastes good in my mouth gives be a jolt of pleasure and distracts me from my stress. I am medicating my brain with junk food.

Then, of course, I have a food coma nap afterwards and being unconscious is also a relief from stress...

First of all, no cockatoo should be eating that.

Salty P has a reptilian brain, but it is still several levels above Trump's.  Which is more insect than reptile.

If Salty P. is a few levels above Trump, he must be a multi-billionaire! Good job, Salty!

There is a reason why IQ tests are not determined by people like you.

Alas, unlike Mr. Trump, Daddy didn't give me $400 million+. Had he done so, I think I would have found a way to turn that into something in the billions range.

I cannot imagine anyone being as STUPID as Trump was about any money.  How many bankruptcies?

I only know of one major bankruptcy, and that was his big gamble in Atlantic City. His idea was that if all those suckers go out to Las Vegas, It's an economical short drive to New Joisy from most eastern population centers. These days, he seems to recommend and invest in established facilities.

  • If I'm upset .. I totally lose my appetite.  I don't get pains in my stomach, just lose any interest in food.

For me, before I had my gallbladder removed, I was under loads of stress and I could hardly stand the pain.   Now I just feel anxious.

That is just the recipe for something to happen to show you how wrong you are.

Like the Universe is going to say to you  ....."OH YEAH?????"

And then blow your house and wife and kids up.  Or something.

Definitely.  I need to calm down first and maybe some nice soup when I am in that state.  Something warm.

Overly emotional? That sounds like me pretty much around the clock lately, ha.
    :)
    (Overthinking gets me overemotional sometimes.)

I tend not to eat a lot in general, and I really haven't noticed if being stressed affects my appetite. I don't think I get any physical pains, either.

    Very much.

Somehow I hadn't even heard of him being missing/the original story until now, reading your comment. I looked it up just now.
Wow, this is really sad, indeed.
