I love what I do, but I sometimes wish I could have become a surgeon. Not only does it pay well, I would also get to cut into people and operate on them.

It traveled into the realm of fiction not reality. No government or force of arms protections for US contractors, so secondary services are always used.
Element for Wet Work the US since the mid 60's has always used at arm sources. PS the work pays medium to well, however not as glamorous as the movies. At arm use your imagination, no former US personnel would ever be considered - political backlash if caught
