    Ditto for me on Jane S's answer.

    But, no, I would not use the word "exact" because we're all different. Yet, yes, I believe treating others, generally, as one would like to be treated is a great start to a better life for all of us and the world.

    We all fail sometimes and are rude/mean to people....we all need grace. 
    The world would be better if we all were better and better at giving that grace to others.
