I've worn an orlon sweater (synthetic and very cheap) and I've worn cashmere (a gift) and I will tell you when I wore the cashmere sweater I did not feel the same as when I wore the orlon. I'm not sure about the why. How important to you is the feel of the material on your skin whether it be cashmere or silk or cotton or wool? Why?

I've been watching tutorials and mine don't work out at all. :/ They don't keep their shape or even have the tight clean look. Can it even still be done with really long hair?
