I do have TMJ, and used to have a nightguard, but haven't for a year.. they are so expensive. Luckily I haven't had much jaw pain in last 6 months.. was very happy. But I was just kind of concerned why it has happened (the pop feeling) has occurred 3 times this week... did you ever have it ?
