It dumped a thick layer of ash over most of the North West and the Midwest and probably caused hundreds of years of constant winter over the Northern Hemisphere. They stand on their own two feet and not the backs or shoulders of others. Weak/desperate is not a good thing for a boss/leader/decisionmaker. It is a very very very ungood thing. SIGH.
