If I need a bit of an energy boost to get some chores done or something I will do a small fix of kratom. It is a mild opioid that gives relief for sore muscles and gives a slight bit of mood enhancement.

It works well for me,  I been using the stuff for about 2 years now. You just gotta find a place locally that sells it or you can order it via Internet. It is a green powder and has a very bitter taste so you might have to find a way to make it kind of palatable.

There are various kinds of kratom;  I been doing 'bali'. This post was edited by Kittigate at February 10, 2020 12:22 PM MST

Yeah,  kratom can become somewhat addictive if you use it every day (like i do for pain) since it is an opiod but my self dosage is probably milder than prescription pills.

I just looked it up and sounds like it would be great for Don right now.  He did something to his ankle at the jobsite.  We've been to the doctor, twice and had x-rays taken.  We thought it was a sprain but now we're not so sure.  There is no good time to injure your body but now is one of the worst for him because this house is finally in its finishing phases and HAS to be at the jobsite Every day.  The terrain isn't level and it has a bunch a stairs.
Anyway, thanks for reading and I am going to look further into ordering some for Don over the internet.
Might they have it at Trader Joe's because it is all natural or more like Rite Aide??
    Thanks again, Kittigate!
