The first live concert I attended was an Alan Fried rock and roll show in Brooklyn when I was 13 years old.  That was 61 years ago and I couldn't possibly remember exactly what songs were played.

I googled the name but I’m not sure if I found  the right person :) this is all I could come up with.

I don't remember him as a bandleader, but I do remember him as a radio DJ and a concert promoter.  He was very well known back in the day.

As in the description from YouTube. This clip was recorded during the Grateful Dead show at Cornell's Barton Hall on 5/7/80, the very concert I attended.

'Heavy Music' by Bob Seger in 1972. Bob had a few stations playing his songs in the greater Detroit area in those days.  On this occasion, he was playing my local high school gymnasium. I still have the ticket stub somewhere, it was like $3.00 !

Whitesnake was pretty cool I probably liked them because David Coverdale from Deep Purple was in Whitesnake. Anyway this morning I was reading that some bands like Whitesnake. Queen and Qzzy Osbourne are cancelling concerts because of the coronavirus -  Qzzy Osbourne probably did ever drug in the World and now this virus is scaring him so I'm really getting scared.  Cheers!

I did not know he was in Deep Purple.
Every one is going crazy over this virus. But Ozzy is old and has health issues.

"Yes We Can Can"   The Pointer Sisters

This was the first song I heard from them and I was an immediate fan. They sang it in the concert.
