Is your use of alcohol the cause of most, if not all, of your problems?

Problems, no.  Injuries, yes.  Everytime I clean my shears and pruners with alcohol, I end up cutting myself on them.  (maybe I should try hydrogen peroxide instead)

  • I haven't tried H2O2 on the stickiness, but will.    Alcohol is good for places I can actually scrub/wipe good.  It's not much for soaking & swishing.  My pruners get all gummed up fast, too, in all that snow. ;)

I don't think I consume two bottles of wine a year, so alcohol is not the cause of my problems.  I might add that I don't have very many problems at this point in my life.

It is nice.  For me, life has gotten simpler as I got older. :)

No, it is the lack of HRT.

Addiction to alcohol was the cause of a lot of my problems for many years. I finally managed to pack in the booze consumption about 3 years ago. Just could not 'enjoy' the stuff anymore.

I don't drink. My problems come from other sources.

LOL you must mean that I need to drink more! If I did maybe the world would seem a better place?

  • Well I've never been much of a drinker but...sure I could almost justify my lack of alcohol consumption as a problem. There are probably some times in my life where I could have been a little friendlier, maybe a little more honest.  A good buzz might have seen those situations end differently.

I find the lack of of it causes most problems in our household...we're all to laze to get up and get our own refills...:(

Not in the slightest. I get the mildest of buzzes on once a week.

Since I have occasional bouts of vertigo, I don't need alcohol to get a mild buzz. :)

No drinkey here, don't even think about alcohol unless someone mentions it.

  • Nope. The only downside of my occasional drinking (seriously, like a few times a year) is feeling bad the day after. Small price to pay.

Both my parents were alcoholics (dead now),
I live with the internalised effects of having grown up in that chaotic and dysfunctional household,
a whole batch of unlovely symptomatic reactions and behaviours.

Most of my challenges nowadays have no direct relationship to alcohol.

I stay away from drunks to the best of my ability.

I drink ½ to maybe one glass of wine about four times a year,
    never enough to cause problems.
