Virus or not, there are books, songs, games; I can work out indoors, video chat with my family, and so on.

So I think I mostly like this place for the deviations from sanity.

Sanity is a perishable item (that's why it so hard to keep).  Therefore, I keep mine in the fridge... in a bowl ... covered with saran wrap.  Even so, I have to be careful and not let it go bad.  Nothing's worse than opening the fridge one day and find out you lost your sanity.

But darling, seran wrap is terrible for the ocean and creatures walking on land and swimming in the ocean.
Your sanity isn't wearing that burden, is it?  I didn't think so.  I think you are joshing us and have it kept it right here.
I keep my part of your sanity in a mason jar.
Any time you would like to call on your sanity from me, it's right here and should be done fermenting in about 2 weeks...
    Big giggles!
Watch out for that seran wrap.  It'll take your breath away.

I was going to say a Lock-n-Lock, but I doubted anyone would know what that was.  (Kirkland plastic wrap?)

Personally, I find Seran Wrap (much like duct tape), to be very egotistical... always wrapped up in itself (and oh so clingy!)

True to the point of not being able to break it away from itself... or you after it has slung it's Seran about.
    Lock-n-Lock is much better.
Kirkland is a nice brand name.  If you're going to use it, Kirkland is the way to go!

My sanity is not in question but my physical health may suffer from being in all the time.

But what if there were some way or ways to make it bearable?

I'm ready.  Taking my thyroid at 4 am now on an empty stomach and I can't believe the difference it is beginning to make in my life.  I have strong fingernails and they are beginning to become smooth, no more ridges (almost). Energy levels have changed and I'm ready to work out.  All I need is.....   It has the upper and lower body workout.

Hashimoto's? My wife has that. Stay off gluten (it suppresses thyroxine).

I don't feel that my sanity is in jeopardy.  I come here when I come here.  No specific reason for it.

Look at it this way----------- you have the internet here. It's like having the Library of Congress at your fingertips.
