Do you think you’re going to come out of this lockdown in better, worse or about the same physical shape?
I’ve been exercising about 3 times a day now at home as opposed to an hour four times a week at the gym. I’m gonna be in best shape of my life just cos of boredom, YAY boredom, I guess.
Probablly worse shape - right now there is a Kids In The Hall marathon airing so I will probably pack on a few pounds watching that. My biggest fear is they will have a Gilligan's Island marathon then I will get so fat I won't be able to fit threw the kitchen door to get snacks. Cheers!
Did you hear that Amazon is bringing this show back with 8 new episodes? Read something about it just a couple weeks ago.

Worse - I've already put on some weight. I'm not much into exercising at the best of times and now that I'm working remotely and we're not supposed to be out unless necessary, I don't even get to walk much. My sleep schedule is all over the place, too. I've been waking up at 3:30-4:00 AM, so by the time my "workday" is over at 2:30 PM, all I want to do is nap and that's become a 2-3 hour affair. It's going to be murder getting back to a "normal" schedule when we're able to be out and about again.
I think it’s just because I’m working at home and not going anywhere that to keep myself from going completely insane I’ve started working out more in my basement. I‘m lucky enough that I have workout equipment at home that I never used before lol, using it now. I hear you on the sleep schedule being messed up, same.
Living in an apartment building, eve if I had room, I couldn't have exercise equipment. Can you imagine the noise a treadmill would make for the people downstairs? You're fortunate, but I'm not and never have been one for exercising, so I probably wouldn't even use it if I could.
