Do you think you’re going to come out of this lockdown in better, worse or about the same physical shape?
I’ve been exercising about 3 times a day now at home as opposed to an hour four times a week at the gym. I’m gonna be in best shape of my life just cos of boredom, YAY boredom, I guess.
Folks, this is commonly seen in neuroscience patients. She’s merely masking her inner anxieties by pretending to lash out at the object of interest to her, in this case it’s this fellow with whom she’s utterly and hopelessly infatuated, I believe she calls him Amazing Randy or Outstanding Randolph or Incredible Randall, some such pet name as that. She’s so obsessed with him that she resents the separation caused by the mandate that they can’t go into the office. Now let’s turn our attention to the shrine she has on her bedroom ceiling, an homage to him made up of photographs she has downloaded from the banks of cameras she secretly installed in his home while posing as a sandwich-delivery person. Notice that he’s either semi-nude or completely nude in several of the snapshots, evidence of the carnal lust and wanton hunger for flesh that she feels for him . . .

Working from home I want to make sure I don't get too sedentary, seeing as I won't be climbing stairs or going out to the coffee shop in my lunch break, so I've resolved to do 5BX (Five Basic Exercises, aka Canadian Air Force exercises) 4 times a week minimum. Also Zoom tai chi class every Monday (not much of a cardio workout of course but good for suppleness).
Aside from that I'll be going cycling and walking whenever circumstances allow. There's also work to be done in the garden - I want to create a small wildflower meadow in the neglected and overshadowed back part.
So, as long as I don't get sick, I'm confident I'll come out of it in as good a shape as before.
I’ve been eating more than I should in the last few days, but I have been walking a ton too. I intend to stay on track and be in good shape though, because I will be in my friend’s wedding once this mess clears.
