Just now, after years and years of letting myself be irritated about this song, I finally looked up the lyrics to this song. Perry has an amazing voice to me but for some reason, I assumed the song lyrics were "Hold on  -  hold on" and I wondered why he was singing "Hose on - hose on."

So, I found out the lyrics are, at that part, " our love holds on - holds on." To me, it still sounds a bit  like "Hose on hose on" to me - - but I get it now. Ha.

I guess I could admit that my life is now a now a little less irritating. Little gifts can mean a lot. :)

It is funny when we get the lyrics wrong.  

I'm still smiling about this one for me.
