Purposefully?  hey, I swear, I haven't flicked a Bic in years.

"Accidently", now... well... that's different.  After all, accidents DO happen... right?   (although proving it was "accidental" might take some time)

I suppose I should have eliminated lighting a lighter or matches.

Sometimes, all it takes is just giving someone a look . . .

About 40 years ago at a municipal dump in Manitoba. I reduced piles of  junk to ashes.

Probably when I was 11 and on an overnight at camp.  We roasted marshmallows (S'mores weren't invented yet) and it was a lot of fun.

Not that i did something on purpose,
but i left an extension cord plugged into an
electric saw that was sitting on the concrete floor.
Walked into the garage and the place where the wires plugged
into each other was on fire...strange for sure.

As usual, I have a story that is not exactly an answer to the question, but it is what comes to mind. I was driving a truck in town one day and came upon a car with smoke coming from under the hood. I stopped and grabbed the fire extinguisher and ran over to the smoking car. The driver had the hood up and flames were shooting up. I thought I should try everything available before shooting off the extinguisher, which would cost my employer $ to refill. So I bent over AND BLEW THE FLAMES OUT!

It’s never intentional on my part, but sometimes all I have to do is walk into the room . . .

How could she tell the difference between a 20 year old guy and a 70 year old just by touch?
I guess all that matters is that 'this is a man'.
