Can you post a song about someone dying? There were a handful of these in the early 60s...usually about teenage lovers,

But also some in later eras.

I love the opening to this song!  I really, really, like the song, too... but the opening really sets the mood!!

Wait, what?  Your funeral already took place and I wasn’t invited?  It must have something to do with those missing sammiches from the Teachers’ Lounge back in 1993, even though I keep telling you that I wasn’t involved! Grrrrrr.

Are you going to have this played at your funeral??
I have to admit.  I've thought about having it at mine.  ......
    Really!!

I'm sorry I didn't post these all at once.  They came to me one by one while I was thinking of some songs.
In my opinion, this is one of the all-time classics of people, a lifestyle, a sound, and a generation.  I don't want to say "dying" necessarily because it will never die.  The people may have but their sound and influences live on!

I'll give you a daisy a day dear. It is a song about a  young man that promissed to give his new bride a daisy a day. And he kept that promise long after she died of old age. Cheers and  happy weekend!

This one.. very cool as it reminds me of the very old folk ballads my mum used to sing..  I can't remember how to post vids so this may take a few attempts.

I'll save the funny one for last.  Every time I hear the sound of the motorcycle crashing I'm lmao, lol.

Not in chronological order, nor in any other type of order, too randomly placed, too haphazard. One hundred and fifty demerits. You’re out of the Perfectionists’ Club, excluded, banned.

    REPORTED.
