In your area, is vehicle traffic back to normal after the COVID-19 shutdowns and subsequent reopenings?

Not yet but we are getting busier everyday. :)

About 92% back to normal I think. Traffic was down to about 25% flow during the height of the pandemic horror.

In front of my house – yes (110%)

Around town – no (25%)

The freeway – no (75%)

From what I've seen we're back to normal here. 
I've heard Arizona is gaining international attention for not caring about COVID though.

It certainly looks it in my area.

Early in the lock-down you could almost walk along the main road near my home, and for about 3 or 4 weeks I did not need to use the pedestrian-controlled lights to cross it. If a vehicle was approaching I would wait for it to pass rather than stop it unnecessarily - the delay to me was no different to that given by the lights, and unimportant anyway.

Now the traffic volume looks back to normal, or not far off.

Not quite, but it's picking up. There were kangaroos in the Adelaide CBD in April.
