Do you think some people might decide to vote 'Biden' just so they can see how weird and crazy Trump behaves when he loses the election?

Maybe but I think its more likely that when he looses he will do things that will open up the eyes of a lot of his supports and they will finally see what a spiteful turd he is. I think he will do things like destroy National Treasures in the WH and start rating on all the GOP to take them down with him. Cheers!

They might have the straight jacket people standing by just in case he does have a serious and violent temper tantrum. But he might be just doing a lot of yelling about a rigged election maybe.

I would hope people think more of their vote than that.

Might be an inspiration for some people to vote; at least better than not voting at all.

I disagree. I believe if you do not care enough to find out which candidate best represents your policies....you should just stay home.

If there is no candidate you want to vote for, there is ALWAYS at least one candidate you can vote AGAINST. Vote against the dismantling of the EPA (which, incidentally, was a GOP initiative). Against constant, unrepentant violations of the Postal Reserve Act, against constant, unrepentant, barefaced LIES.

Waste of a vote to just vote against someone.  I have never just voted against anyone.

Bigger waste of your rights to "stay home". This is, of course, what Trump and his minions want. Low voter turnouts always favour the incumbent.

Highest voter turnout ever in 2016....Trump did fine.
Winner is who turns out their base in the most states.

Exactly. The DNC shot itself in the foot in 2016 by nominating a deeply unlikeable candidate with a lot of baggage and the incumbent couldn't run (22nd Amendment). The opinion polls had Hillary on a hiding to nothing, the Dem voters didn't like her so they either didn't vote or voted Trump because he wasn't Hillary. High voter turnout this time will sink His Royal Orangeness (they'll vote Biden because he isn't Trump) , so he's using COVID to make people stay home, and running the USPS into the ground so make sure the stay-at-homes don't vote.
It's the swing states that matter. East and West coasts vote blue, the interior votes red - mostly. PA and FL are crucial, they swung red last time. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at September 21, 2020 5:06 PM MDT

And the blow their foot off with their selection of Creepy Uncle Joe.
Yes swing states are what decide. And I believe the deciders will be FL,  Penn, Wis, and Michigan.

I know you did not just say Trump is using COVID to keep people home....that is laughable. The Governors and locals are in charge of lockdowns  not the President. The Postal service has been ran into the ground long before Trump came along.

Trump fired the pandemic preparedness team and his non-response to COVID has been the main reason it continues to rage. Louis DeJoy is a Trump appointee (and big campaign donor), it's his doing that sorting machines have been dismantled and post boxes removed - mostly from blue districts. Fact.

Nope. The department members were simply merged with another department.
Drop boxes are removed every year to make mail service run smoother. In fact many of the pictures used this year were old picts from under both the Obama and Bush administrations. There were over 12,000 postal boxes removed during the Obama terms.  But sure we can pretend that was all under Dejoy in the last few months. Yep and it is only gonna get worse with the Supreme Court having an opening left by a solid liberal justice. This post was edited by my2cents at September 20, 2020 11:37 PM MDT
