Afterall God did create the planet earth didn't He and not just USA.
There are countless other sayings in other languages and in other countries that exclude the United States. Once you’ve investigated all off those and challenged their users to justify the country-specific nature of their own sayings, you may see how fruitless your point is.
It’s almost as if to say there’s something wrong with a country’s national anthem because it only references that country. If someone thinks other countries should be included in that country’s national anthem . . .

It is basically the same song as "God Bless the USA" but replaced with "God Bless You, Canada." Same singer and everything.
The USA song was a very big hit here in the 1980s. And likely why many people here started saying it. It is used all the time for elections, Veteran's Day, Memorial Day etc.
I just looked up when prayer was banned in schools here, it was 1988 for us.
