    Anything before the verb is who or whoever.

    The verb is "pick."

    X.  - 3. and pi  but only if they are crack/meth heads. If I see them in the grocery store I  will tell them things like - the Sudsy is in Isle 3 (Sudsy is a cleaning product that they make crack or meth  with). Cheers and happy weekend!
