Listen closely...what is the most prevalent sound you hear right now?

My two birds squawking at each other.

I hear the A/C pumping away.

At this moment, the faint whir of my computer's power supply fan. 
Since I have no A/C, I close my house up tight each morning when the inside and outside temperature are within 2 degrees of each other. This keeps in the "cool" air while also blocking out nearly all outside noise.  My cats are asleep (but not snoring... yet), so it's nice and quiet.

Tinnitus,  a constant annoying sound.  I sure do miss peace and quite where the sound of birds and the wind blowing through the trees is the dominate sound I hear.

A fan. It's sitting on the floor of my room and running, mostly as white noise but also because it's warm today and I don't keep the AC on all day.
