Discussion»Questions»Human Behavior» Years ago, I received such good service at a auto repair shop, I actually emailed corporate and told them about my experience.
Yes I have, once I was in JCPenney's and the sales lady was so helpful that I spoke to her manager and told her how helpful she was to me. She helped me find that perfect little black dress.
About 40 years ago when I was living in Winnipeg I ordered a pizza from Capital Pizza for the first time and I could not resist calling them back and telling them how excellently good their pizza was.
Many times it's been the best part of my day -- getting home late in the evening and bringing home the pizza and eating. Yeah, I want to let them all know they bettered my day. :)

The collision place I went to is not a chain, so there was no higher authority. The fact that I used it a second time and that I have recommended them to several people who also used them should be enough commendation. As for my auto mechanic, I've been using him for more than 20 years and I trust him implicitly to do the right thing.
Well, I have written to corporate advising my intent to bring legal action unless certain demands were met. They gave me every penny I asked for and more. They knew the people in the local shop were imbeciles. Seems I remember it was just shy of $1,000.
Several times in my life. I think it's only fair to compliment. The last time it was on behalf of a manager and staff of a CVS pharmacy. They deserved every good word about them.
