    Yes.... by a cat.  Oh, you may not see him sitting in it now, but I assure you if you attempt to sit in his seat he'll suddenly be there. 

    (According to the Cat Book, sitting in a cat's chair is punishable by 3  scratches to be administered whenever the cat desires.  Sitting on the cat is punishable by a firm biting.  If a cat is forced to vacate said chair even after administering a biting, the cat may shun, his at the one who sat on him/her.  In addition, the cat erans 1 (one) reprisal (non expiring) which may be used at the cat's discretion.)
