Using the examples above as guidance, that means towns, cities, counties, states, provinces, countries, territories, islands, continents, and so on.

I don’t dispute that those are geographic places, heck, the hill or the grove of trees behind my house are also geographic places. clearly stated the parameters, which did not include neighborhoods, or subdivisions, or streets and roads, or places with specific addresses, etc.
Just accept that you got it wrong, I know that’s usually hard for you to admit, and I’m sure you may want to argue your points, you got it wrong, simple as that.
