All are more suitable as food for stock than people. Farina isn't even gluten-free. Buckwheat is sometimes used as a gluten-free wheat substitute. My better half sometimes eats pasta made from buckwheat, millet and quinoa. She has to avoid gluten (Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disorder that attacks the thyroid). Gluten is antagonistic towards thyroxine, so people who suffer from any form of hypothyroidism should avoid it.

Who was that fat kid standing in front of a laundry sheet who got his butt whacked saying Owwwwwww! Who was that baby kid who like to pronounce Remarkable! Froggy got killed by a truck. Alfalfa got killed in a home invasion he planned. The loser.

Interesting -- I was thinking along the same track. I looked up how the actors had died in real life.
I also found an article that mentioned how one of the witnesses to the death of actor Carl Dean Switzer ("Alfalfa") said that his stepfather had no reason at all to further escalate the situation by killing Switzer.
Except that alfalfa is a legume and buckwheat technically isn't a cereal either, or even a member of the grass family, being more closely related to sorrel, knotweed and rhubarb. It's often called a pseudocereal as its seeds have a high starch content, making it a useful substitute for cereals that contain gluten. All non-grass foods are gluten free.
